How do we get a quote for cleaning?

We make it fast and simple. Put the required information on the home page and enter your home details. You will get an instant price for cleaning.

What's included in our flat-rate cleanings?

The flat-rate cleanings are based on the number of bedroom and bathroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. If there is any rooms you want to exclude simply let our team know and we can help you with that.

(In home offices, theater rooms, attic rooms should be included as an extra bedroom.)

Who provides the cleaning supplies?

We bring all the cleaning supplies needed to clean your home. This includes mops and vaccum and all cleaning supplies like cleaning solutions and microfiber cloths. If you prefer us to use your cleaning supplies, feel free to let us know.

Do you do Green Cleanings?

We do! Just make sure to select the green cleaning extra or let us know at [email protected] and we will ensure to use green cleaning products for your home.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept all major credit cards and debit cards. All of our online payments are handled by stripe and are processed by a secure 256 bit SSL protocol. This means your private information are secured and protected.

How much does it cost to clean my home?

Our pricing are very simple. We charge based on the amount of bedroom and bathrooms you have. The living room, dining room and kitchen are included in the normal cleanings. If you want a specialized or specific cleaning you can request an hourly cleaning. Simply let us know what you want cleaned and you will be charged by the hour for the cleaning

What should I do if there is a problem?

If there's a problem with your cleaning appointment. Reach out to our customer support agents. Do not hesitate to reach out to us by phone, text, live chat or email. We will handle concerns with the utmost care and we will resolve each issue to the best of our abilities

Can I get a partial or full refund if the service did not meet my expectation?

In order to get a partial or full refund. You have to schedule a re-clean with us. Let us know where we fell short in the cleaning, we will come back to clean the missed spots. After the reclean if you are still not satisfied we can grant you a partial or full refund.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We have a $70 Cancellation Fee. There is only a cancellation fee for late cancellations. If you cancel within 24 Hours of a cleaning there will be a cancellation fee.

Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

You don't have to be home during the cleaning. Leave the cleaning for us, just let us know how we can access your unit. You can simply leave the key with the front desk, under the mat, mailbox, what ever is best suited for you.

How many cleaners do you send?

We adjust the number of cleaners we send based on how big your place is and what needs to be done. Whether it's a small apartment or a large office, we make sure we send enough people to get the job done well and on time.

When do you charge my credit card?

We charge your credit card the day after the cleaning has been completed.

Should I tip my cleaners?

Tips to the cleaners are certainly appreciated. It is optional and completely up to you.

What won't Tidyhere clean?

For health reasons we will not clean blood, human and animal waste, high reach areas that are 2 step ladders and more. Other exclusions include chandeliers, bio-hazard and high reaching exterior windows.

Can I request the same cleaner for each visit?

Yes you can request the same cleaner every visit. When you book online simply select " Prefer Same Cleaner " or you can reach out to us and we will ensure it will be the same cleaner.
